The LGBTI SG Position Paper for HLPF 2022
The HLPF Position Paper is a political commentary for the United Nations High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF), an annual platform where government representatives assess progress and reaffirm commitments to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
In 2022, as the world grappled with the ongoing impacts of COVID-19 and multiple crises, the HLPF focused on how recovery efforts could not only mitigate setbacks but also accelerate the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our commentary highlights the implications of this recovery for LGBTI communities worldwide.
